Think twice before pulling the trigger on a purchase with this company. It appears that I paid for a product for two years that actually does nothing. As a result I no longer trust the brand and will not purchase their products again.
I have contacted them two more times and have not received any response. I opened a ticket with customer service and they responded once with an email that gave me instructions that could not be followed because there was no way to do what they said to do. Every time my account security is checked it tells me my info is safe and that I haven’t been found in any data breaches. this app account security has been dead silent. I have been notified 4 or more times by my bank about my personal information being found on the dark web due to different data breaches in the last two years. I say that because when there is a data breach and your info is compromised and found on the dark web Bitdefender is supposed to let you know so you can take action. The account security feature seems useless.
